Flagstaff watch out for unlicensed "contractor/handy man" Steve Sanchez (aka Estefan Sanchez, aka Stevie Sanchez, aka Stevie Wonder). He is a danger and a liability for the home owners of Flagstaff (and Phoenix). Steve admits to being high on marijuana and I quote "...pretty much all the time." And I have a witness to his remark.

He is definitely not someone you want operating dangerous power  tools  on your property!  Or perhaps  you  do if your home-owners insurance policy covers "stoned handy men."

He is also a crook and a liar. He admits to and even brags about regularly stealing tools from HomCo Lumber and Hardware. He regularly commits insurance fraud by fabricating the "theft" of his tools. In addition, he owes me over $900 in unpaid wages for work I performed for him in the summer of 2015. I had to file a claim with the Labor Board and still haven't been paid.

I would think long and hard before hiring him
 or giving this A-hole any money!

Maybe you have seen his neglected dog the Shar-Pei,  "Mooshi." His skin condition is horrendous, always ulcerated and bleeding. Selfish Stevie always has $200-$300 a week for his weed addiction but never a few extra dollars for medication for his suffering pooch who scratches and bites himself nearly 24/7. Pathetic!
